Cobb Mechanical's in-house scheduling personnel, with formal accreditations with the Project Management Institute's College of Scheduling, can build, fix and implement any schedule from the most complex on down.

We cost and resource load all of our projects, whether the schedule is from an Owner/General Contractor or created by us, to enable better usability and tracking in the field.

Cobb Mechanical uses Primavera 5.0 as our software of choice, and as such, can transform any schedule made in lesser software to be more dynamic and robust so that the project schedule can be not only used for management purposes, but can also be used in the field to actually build the project.

Cobb Mechanical also can handle all of your complex construction schedule analysis, including completed schedule window analysis' to identify the various critical paths of a project at different snapshots in time, to the overall workability of a baseline schedule before construction including duration and logic analysis to ensure that the schedule can be used on the site from day one.
