The 31st ADA Brigade COF are the administrative and supply support facilities that serve as the primary staging, training deployment center for soldiers at Fort Sill.

This design/build project consisted of one 27,600 square-foot administrative building and two sets of readiness module building groups. The groups consist of one office space support building of 8,000 square feet and two modular buildings of 4,000 and 4,500 square feet, respectively. These buildings employed a unique “air pressure membrane” construction methodology for minimizing air infiltration/exfiltration to lower HVAC energy costs. This membrane system required that all mechanical/plumbing hangers and support systems be laid out and installed prior to membrane installation, which required a great deal of trade coordination and precision in layout.
