Cobb Mechanical Contractors worked to expand and remodel the Denver Women’s Correctional Facility.
This 310,000 square-foot project consisted of eight new buildings, significant additions to five existing buildings, two area remodels and a new central plant. This project included 652 beds: 216 minimum-security, 260 medium-security, 96 close-custody, 48 special-needs and 32 new intake/segregations.
