The Austonian. Austin, TX

The Austonian is a 56 story high-rise luxury condominium that will be the tallest building in Austin.  Cobb Mechanical Contractors was a key member of the construction team; brought in to the project early in the design stage by Balfour Beatty, the General Contractor, to assist in cost estimating to bring the project within budget.  The project consists of luxury 195 units, parking, retail and amenities and covers one third of a city block and was ranked the #7 project in Texas in 2008 according to Texas Construction.  This project presented all of the challenges of a high profile, downtown high-rise, requiring a top level of quality, service, teamwork and safety for our customer.
