Seton Williamson is the largest faith-based hospital, 360,000+ square feet, in Williamson County with the capacity for 181 beds and plans to expand. The construction team completed this extraordinary facility in 14 months, from ground breaking to building occupancy within budget as part of the Design Assist Fast Track Program. The facility features a spacious and unique women’s center. Innovative design elements come together with leading edge technology to create a peaceful and warm environment in which patients and families can heal and find comfort. Unique design elements include a healing garden, waterscape, nature-inspired interiors, specially selected art and a free-standing chapel with a reflection room. The HVAC system is cooled by 2,250 tons of chillers with custom rooftop air handling units. The individual spaces are fed on a variable air systemwith re-heat coils.
